This folder contains some tools you might need rarely:

CharCut.exe
This is a tool to convert TGA files of FONTS to files PE can read. See sample files (font tga's)

msg.exe
no longer used

TGAtoRAW.exe
Converts TGA files into RAW files which PE can read. Used for most graphics in the campaign screen. Note: a reverse converter RAWtoTGA will be available at some point on the website of Panzer Elite.

TLBCutter.exe
A tool to convert TLB files to minimum size. IF your TLB is larger than 600kb use this tool to reduce it in size.

zip.exe / peunzip.exe
Compression and uncompression tool for files for Panzer Elite

wingcomp.dll
